Microgreens delivery and shipping
At Dutch Guys Farms, we provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure that your microgreens arrive fresh and ready to use. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. We use semi eco-friendly packaging to minimize our environmental impact while keeping your microgreens safe during transit. If you have any questions or special requests regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We take pride in the quality of our microgreens and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. We don't offer returns or exchanges on our products due to their perishable nature, but we'll gladly issue a refund or a store credit in case of damage or quality issues.
As we are making the greens when they are ordered, keep in mind that we do not carry a backup off greens ready for you to be shipped, as for each client it will be customized. We only carry fresh greens; every order is separately handled. Your order is important to us so if you order for instance our Superfood Mix, it will be ready between 8 to 14 days, average 12 days in which we deliver. As a restaurant owner you prefer everyday a fresh mix, understandable! We will set up a plan to get you everyday a fresh number of greens, with the first delivery in 14 days.
Microgreen orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days if/or as soon the product is ready, special orders depends on finish time, check the seed of choice for the correct info about shipping (growing time).
When ready, delivery in Wisconsin will be done within the same day that plants are ready to transport or whenever works best for you after confirmation. As we deliver a live product we thrive to deliver on time. All orders need to be accepted within 3 days after confirmation of readiness. If for any mishap this isn’t possible, we do allow a single overtime delivery, if order is still not able to be accepted or delivered, products will be charged in full.
Should you go on vacation please let us know a couple of weeks prior of your leaving, we will adjust delivery when you are returning. Should there be a situation above your control- (funeral, fire, hospital…) please inform us as soon possible, as we will honor your mishap.
As a box has 4 trays, this could be too much for you to eat every week, 2 weeks or even monthly. So instead, you could order only 1 or 2 trays per order. Instead of the traditional $7 prize for each green we will be asking $10 per tray at delivery. For any requests in this matter please contact us first before ordering, so we can figure out the best plan for your start of your new health plan with Dutch Guys Farms at mick@dg-farms.com.

If you order 12 or more boxes, shipping in the state of Wisconsin will be free. (1 box has 4 mini trays)
All microgreens are delivered in a 60 mile range for free. If above the maximum range, we will be adding $40 in shipping.
Not every order above the 60 mile range will end up with an additional charge of $40.
For example: If we have 6 clients up north in Shawano, Green Bay, Wausau and Eau Clair and they all take one box, as they all are above the 60 mile area we would be adding in a normal counting $40 for each client. As we thrive to be earnest and not looking for heavy gains with shipping, we will be dividing the shipping cost over the 6 clients and you have to add only $6,70 per delivery. Should we have one client that orders 12 or more boxes than all shipping will be free for all other clients. As of April 2026, we have 1 client in Shawano with 3 boxes, which would make your price if living in that area $41.50, if you subscribe (weekly, bi-monthly or monthly) and $44.50 if you would do a single order. We would be adding $16.50 in shipping for subscription or a single order.
Return Information
Growing media cannot be returned.
Returns of Microgreens
We do not accept any returns on our microgreens! If there is an issue with our greens, please contact your sales agent immediately to solve the problem as soon as possible, pictures are required to prove the mishap of the delivered product. If the greens occur any problems due to our growing process or during shipping we will provide you with a set of fresh greens either within the next 24-48 hours or when ready after the next grow cycle. If you decide you don't want to wait until the cycle is ready, a full refund will be provided for the greens that were damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse any service.
Return Information
Growing media cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been customized.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If the items that you receive are not what you ordered please contact us ASAP, if the items are damaged or defective, again please contact us and we will review your request. Images will be required to prove any damage of the received products.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 15 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Please note that any unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent if you have received your products.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dg-farms.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
