Microgreens delivery and shipping

 

At Dutch Guys Farms, we provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure that your microgreens arrive fresh and ready to use. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. We use eco-friendly packaging to minimize our environmental impact while keeping your microgreens safe during transit. If you have any questions or special requests regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

We take pride in the quality of our microgreens and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. We don't offer returns or exchanges on our products due to their perishable nature, but we'll gladly issue a refund or a store credit in case of damage or quality issues.

 

Microgreen orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days or as soon the product is ready, special orders depends on finish time, check the seed of choice for the correct info about shipping.

Delivery in Wisconsin will be done within the same day if ordered before 10am in the morning, by our own team, all later orders or orders from other states will be shipped by us or an extended transporter within 1-3 days.

 

Shipping cost to other states are added at checkout and may variety depending on distance.

We ship to the Domestic United States and Alaska.

Materials

 

On all our material orders shipping is already included in your price, as it ships directly from our suppliers to you.

As our main suppliers are all coming from China and Vietnam and all our lights are custom made, your order has an average waiting time of 60-75 days. As soon you place the order and it's paid for, we start the process of building the lights. Depending on the amount it can take up to 50 days to build it and another 25 days of shipping before it will arrive at your house with no extra costs.

Controllers, small fans and accessories can arrive within 12-15 days, larger fans can take up to 15 - 30 days depending on amount. The larger ebb and flow trays also need between 25 and 30 days before arrival. Our 1020 coco mats are coming out of Vietnam and have an average delivery time between 15-30 days depending on amount. Our goal is to ship as soon as possible when products are ready. At any point in the process you can check the status of your order using our Order Lookup page. This will show you any and all tracking updates related to your order.

Return Information

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.

If your return is requested due to any other reasons outside of damaged/faulty products a full refund will not be given on any of the send and return shipping charges and a 40% restocking fee will be the customers responsibility. This will be distracted from your refund amount.

If package is returned as undeliverable, we can reship the package but require a new shipping fee be paid by the customer upfront as we are charged for returned items as well. If you require a refund, it will be a partial as we will remove all shipping fees incurred and charged to the store as well as a 40% restocking fee.

Refused delivery returns will not receive a full refund. Refund will be minus any send and return shipping fees plus a following 60% restocking fee.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for contacting us. Our customer service team will review the email and will send further instructions in regards to the issue.

Non-returnable items include used items or products damaged through customer mishandling.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Growing media cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been customized.

Additional non-returnable items:

  •     Greenhouse Plastic

  •     Shade Cloth

  •     Automated Grow Racks

  •     Light Deprivation and Blackout Plastic

  •     Any Type of Grow Media (ex/ Hemp Mats and Coco Coir)

  •     Orders shipped outside of the United States

  •     Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Returns of Microgreens

 

We do not accept any returns on our microgreens! If there is an issue with our greens please contact your sales agent immediately to solve the problem as soon as possible, pictures are required to prove the mishap of the delivered product. If the greens occur any problems due to our growing process or during shipping we will provide you with a set of fresh greens either within the next 24-48 hours or when ready after the next grow cycle. If you decide you don't want to wait until the cycle is ready, a full refund will be provided for the greens that were damaged.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any service.

 

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If the items that you receive are not what you ordered please contact us ASAP, if the items are damaged or defective, again please contact us and we will review your request. Images will be required to prove any damage of the received products.

 

Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product?

 

Please contact our Customer Support team- contact us page- to start the return process. Please include the following information:

 

    •  Order number

    •  Proof of purchase

    •  Video and/or photos of the faulty product

    •  Complete delivery address

    •  Contact telephone number

 

In all cases, you are required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

 

How long is the return process?

 

Processing returns may take up to 15 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 15 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

Please note that any unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent if you have received your products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dg-farms.com

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How do I change or cancel my order?

 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, email support@dg-farms.com and request a return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
